Plans and Specifications for Bidding
Grant General Contractors can provide plans and specifications to certain trades for the preparation of their bids. Bid Requests are sent to subcontractors approximately three weeks prior to the bid. Firms are encouraged to respond quickly regarding the desire for plans/specs. Those trades not selected for plan/spec distribution are referred to the Independent Plan Rooms listed on the Bid Request and to the GRANT Plan Room.

Plan Room
Grant General Contractors maintains a Plan Room containing copies of plans, specifications and any addenda for all projects on the current Bid Schedule. The Plan Room contains a current Bid Schedule and is located near the Front Lobby for easy access.
Hours are Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
