Mr. Woods has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His construction career began with C.E. Wylie Construction Company as a field quality control inspector, advancing to estimator and ultimately chief estimator, a position which he held for 14 years.

Mr. Woods joined Grant General Contractors, J.V. in 1999 as a senior estimator and advanced to chief estimator responsible for all estimating functions including project assessment, subcontractor bidding, conceptual budgeting and purchase order/subcontract origination. He has extensive experience in institutional/governmental construction as well as design-build and construction management projects. In 2008, Mr. Woods gained LEED Certification (New Construction) as LEED AP.
