James E. Grant is the President of J.E. Grant General Contractors, Inc. and has led the construction efforts over the past ten years. Mr. Grant graduated in 1980 from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering. Since 1981, he has been extensively involved in the company’s construction operations and corporate management including business development, administrative and financial matters.

Mr. Grant directs the overall management of the construction and development in the joint venture and related entities with all departments reporting to him. Under his direction, the company expanded its operations into Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Colorado and continues to exceed previous construction volume records.

As a California licensed General Building Contractor, Mr. Grant represents the firm in its membership in the Associated General Contractors Association along with other trade groups, and civic and charitable organizations.
